When Rutgers women's lacrosse takes the field at SHI Stadium on Saturday against LIU, it will do so under a first-year head coach. Melissa Lehman, who was hired on June 17, 2019, begins her tenure with the Scarlet Knights after an illustrious coaching career at Penn, where she served as associate head coach and assistant coach for the Quakers and helped the program to 10 NCAA Tournament berths and eight Ivy League titles during her tenure.
