A couple of points about this ranking:

Rutgers at 14 is only 2 points behind #11 Va Tech, but is 7 points ahead of #15 Princeton. There is a tight cluster in that 10-14 range.

This ranking does not include bonus points. Suriano last year was a big reason we finished #11 at the NCAAs. With Ashnault in particular, coupled with our other wrestlers who could AA or make the Blood Round, a top 10 finish is very attainable.

"Nick Suriano made the NCAA finals and he wasn’t close to 100 percent. Suriano opens up about being in the hospital for 9 days leading up to Big Tens."....

It's a video interview. They were at RU recently and there are a bunch of them.

Not much new. Basically, Nick had a very bad staph infection in his knee. He said he kind of willed himself to make the NCAA championship and it took 5 months for him to finally feel normal again.

Nick is such a warrior.. to make it to ncaa finals when he wasn’t even near 100%..... I’d like to see what Nick can do when he’s fully healthy

Flow has RU ranked #7 in the Big 10 to start the season(same as Northwestern). I think a very reasonable goal for the team would be a Top 5 Big 10 finish. That would mean finishing ahead of at least 2 of Minnesota, Michigan or Nebraska. I doubt we can crack the top 3 (PSU, OSU, IOWA). These rankings also did not factor in bonus points.
