Im guessing Arcidiacono will be the starter. Need someone to step up like Kroft did a few years ago, but probably nobody w his hands on the roster. But surprises happen almost every year.

I wouldn't say that. It seemed to me very little separation with top 3 TE's. How often does a walk on contribute as true freshman? Rutgers did very well by offering him a preferred walk-on. I hope he gets scholarship at his next destination he is good player.

Flanagan might be the starter. Remember 2 years ago as a Frosh him knocking downTar Heels all over the field in the Quick Lane Bowl.

Scarff tied for 3rd in catches at the spring game and led all TE's in receiving - Flanagan and Arch each had just one catch. I'm interested to see how the coaches utilize our TE's as they all have talent - don't forget about Griffin-Stewart and Behr who both have prototypical TE size. But when you think of the spread you don't think of TE's having much success.

He played in one game as a true freshman against Howard or Norfolk. Can't remember.

Scarff was RU's 5th leading receiver last season, though only 14 receptions , 100 yds &1 TD without starting a game.
Hope he finds a program where he'll start.
