Knowing that it has been stated on the record that there is no plan to actually replace the RAC, what specific renovations and/or enhancements does he feel are needed for the RAC and what would be his timeline for achieving that?

1)By law are there actually enough bathrooms at the Rac

2) previous ad and staff had a very simple message on tickets and all announcements and it worked for a long time. " Wear red to the game" . Can we bring this back.
