Air Saver. The first delivery attempt should be made no later than 1
business day from today.

Haven't gotten mine yet either nor have I gotten any emails but I never get any emails from the ticket office.
 
Got ours Friday. No tickets but instead a ID bar coded credit card size season pass with lanyard to wear to each game. How do you give or sell tickets for games you can't make?

U can print and send online. Also haven't got ours either.

Just a hint at what my seatmates and I do. We take a close up photo on our phones of our 4 season passes. If I don't go I do not need to get my pass to anyone they use their phone photo to scan. The scanner at the door doesnt care if you have the card or a photo as long as it is clear.

Got mine on Friday, but the second year in a row I requested the card and received the most generic single game tickets. Just not that hard to get it right when there's so few to deal with. Still looking forward to the start of the season and hopefully some exciting basketball.
 
If you ordered Parking Passes check out the one for the game on March 4th. [laughing][laughing][laughing]

Jersey & RC, Thanks for the information. What would keep someone from using the phone photo etc. for other games? I am sure the pass is only good for one scan per game?
 
What exactly is the ticket office doing all day? It's not like football or women's basketball tickets are selling much. Wresting ticket sales, I know, have improved significantly but we're still talking about relatively small numbers.

These tickets should have printed once game times were finalized in September and then shipped.

Got mine via UPS today. Never got a notification that it was coming though.
 
Mine came today. My ticket rep was in touch with me today and said her bosses and their bosses' supervisors are fully aware that this is cutting it very close once again. They know this, but say they have no input in when they go out from the department that has them sent out. They really should...........Same thing happens every year. She told me they hear us loud and clear.......Yet things never change.

Still nothing. No email. No UPS notification. No tickets...but they did remember to charge my credit card promptly a couple of months ago...I'm not going to a D2 game so I guess I have until Sunday....lol
