Season ticket renewal problems?

Just got a text at 9pm at night from my ticket rep saying my tickets were dropped....

Meanwhile i have email confirmation of full payment and full charges were taken off my credit card before the April 30th deadline. I left a message and plan on calling the office tomorrow....

Anyone else have something like this happen? Its making think their system is flawed.
 
Did you pay the seat gift portion? I called on Monday of last week to make an additional donation and they told me I had to pay the seat gift then because the seat gift was not part of the autopay that would come out on Saturday.

I paid it, but I was surprised that this was the case. Maybe they told me in the past, but if they did I totally forgot. If I did not call during the week, my tickets would have been dropped as well.
 
oops....when I went to renew on Saturday and wanted to make a simple change I couldnt do it online and was forced to call a rep. Dont know why in this day in age the website is designed so poorly
 
Yea i paid off everything, but i did do it online. Hopefully a call tomorrow can fix this. I have proof everything was paid before the deadline.
 
Got an updated text. There was some kind of confusion and everything is good now. Im surprised he is working this late at night.

Didn't really do anything. She told me what I owed for the tickets, parking, and seat gift. I said OK, she said do you want to pay in full or use the payment plan. I said what's the payment plan. She said just half of your total is do today, the other half will be automatically taken out on April 30. I said, the total includes seat gift and parking..she said yes...so i used the plan. Easy as that.

I was told by my rep that some people had the seat gift included in the invoiced amount and others did not, it depended on how individual reps set it up. Same situation as the $25 shipping charge. Sounds like too much was left up the the discretion of individual reps. Pretty poor SOP, or lack thereof.... There's going to be a lot of pissed off people who were dropped and a lot of rework to get it right.
