Doubt it will open up. They still have the goal bar area to distribute tix.
I very much doubt that they make any more money if they open upstairs with just 1,000 more fans based on the extra cost to open the upstairs. It would not be economical. But if they sell 10,453 by 11/15 (a month prior) they will have a decision to make.

The Goal Bar is no longer, it was converted to smaller suites.
Sections 6 and 21 have good views of the court, $60 is really not that bad for a a Jersey style rivalry game that will be sold out soon enough,

Buy tix through Rutgers. You have to purchase the tailgate package, but the ducats end up being less expensive than Ticketmaster.

You guys want more red in the stands, go ahead and buy the rest of the tickets available today.
I remember two years ago a lot of RU fans complaining about the high cost on seatgeek and stubhub around a day or two before the game.

As we get closer to December the ticket prices online will spike up much higher than what's available now.
The curtain that covers the upper level will not be lifted for this game.
IMO, Sections 6 & 21 are the best seats now.

It's why I had suggested to buy the tickets last week, fans snooze they will lose
Just registered for two tickets for this... did tailgate and baseline seats. Slightly annoying that I wasn't able to pick my seats though
