shocker: undisciplined off the field and undisciplined on the field

flood has no control of the team both on the field and off the field. i think they are correlated. just the lax environment and why everyone loves him.

One player who had played for both told me it was like going from a nazi coach to a free-for-all. It was two extremes..one micro managed and the other delegated and wanted to be liked.
He did like playing for Flood.

We are inexperienced at quarterback, at fullback, on the offensive line, at tight end, and especially in the defensive backfield. Our two best disrupters on the defensive line are out or playing injured.

That is the recipe for looking undisciplined. The key is how fast the staff is able to clean these things up.

IMO it is a major task to rebuild a defensive backfield after losing so many guys. Most teams just do not have the depth there to weather such a major hit.

Coach Flood is the head coach, so these problems in the end are his responsibility. I don't really understand though why posters are surprised when these issues crop up in our situation.

It will be interesting to see if our coaches can get the team to regroup after this.

I'm not happy with the game or outcome. But understand what you are saying- I could see it myself, Miller/Mullen/Denman/Turay- all their penalties- I saw it, they are out of control!
