Should The B1G Offer Army/Navy As Olympic Sport Affiliates?

I think Army and Navy would be fantastic as B1G affiliate members even after Covid is over. Lax would get even stronger and both have solid wrestling and other sports. Academically they're both world class. We have Hopkins for lax and ND for ice hockey, so why not?

As a Midwest guy, I'm not happy they brought ND in for hockey...the B1G for years tried to get ND for all sports...of course football being the diamond gem....I feel like caving on ND hockey was a weak move...just my opinion...I'm cool with Hopkins as they didn't tease the Big Ten for decades with football talks...

As far as Army and Navy, your points are all valid...I just think they belong in the Patriot...it fits.

I was hoping to see a couple other traditional Big Ten schools add lacrosse...like MSU and maybe Northwestern...but with the impacts of covid revenue shut downs...I'm just praying my kids will get to play lacrosse again...hard to trust any leaders making any decisions on this topic these days

If they leave permanently I believe they would owe an exit fee. I think 2020 is a 1 time situation.
