Sad that the talk all week has been on the suspensions which were handed down 3 weeks ago.....or the QB who has been playing FINE (not spectacular, not horrible)...and not on the fact that we have the #2 ranked team in the country (as of today) coming in to play at our house in 10 days.
I get we are not optimistic about our chances....but I think Michigan State is beatable, they aren't the 1972 Dolphins....we'll need to play a near perfect game and get some help (turnovers), maybe some penalties from an amped up crowd to cause some issues for them.
I do think we'll find it difficult if we don't come out with a gameplan that emphasizes some downfield plays, because Michigan State will stack the box just like PSU did and we'll find it tough to run into the middle of the line on them. From what I've seen, it looks like MSU can give up yardage through the air....
