Some news links of research and faculty honors

I know I have strong feelings about the Ledger's anti-RU bias, but it is telling that none of these positive articles on RU appeared in the Ledger.

It is just as important (even moreso depending on your research) to get to the endzone in the Lab/classroom too for B1G-time schools.

Nice job RU!

Were any of them wearing a RU hat? Because then maybe the SL can write an article about that.

Depends on the licensing contract. Generally these deals involve some mix of lump sum payment, equity in the company (mostly for start ups or spin offs), and royalties. It's not necessarily all three in every deal. Hard to really say in general because like most business deals it comes down to leverage and negotiation when the contract is put together.
