Stating the obvious, Grant named B1G Special Teams Player of the Week

congrats. Unfortunate that this is not getting more attention with all the Carroo stuff and our loss.

Yea, positive news, Great job by Grant and well deserving. One of the best performances I have ever seen on ST. Guess this means there will be more bad news tomorrow. Since we're not allowed to have any good news without at least two days of bad. Where is that poster with the Indian burial ground theory I'm starting to believe it may just be true.

That guy is a true stud. We'll surely have a nickname for him by the end of the year. The game was a blowout loss without him.

Can we please send him on a fly pattern and see if Laviano can throw it deep?

non issue. Laviano can't throw deep accurately enough or with enough velocity for grant to get to it before the defender (saftey) in a fly pattern. It'd work if the D was doing a safety blitz maybe...

That mid range pass (around 30yds I think) from Rettig to Grant vs Norfolk st was a thing of beauty. Very accurate, fast, hitting him in stride. That's a throw that Laviano is not physically gifted enough to make. Unfortunate that it was called back on penalty.

With Caroo out,,,from what I heard on the Flood presser,,,Caroo MAY get more of a WR role
he certainly deserves it......fingers crossed he gets TWO td passes THIS week!!!!!!!!!!!!!
