This staff is pretty impressive and it's good to hear sports writers across the country repeating that. It only help strengthen the early perception of Hobbs' hiring of Pikiell.

I am extremely impressed as well. I was very skeptical of this hire at first, but literally everything he has done since coming here has been the right call. It remains to be seen whether this all will translate to wins on the court and NCAA tournament berths, since this is Rutgers and apparently it's harder here to do that than anywhere else save Northwestern, but Pikiell clearly has given even the staunchest pessimist reason for optimism.
