If Rutgers ever brought back Schiano and Schiano asked Flood to stay on as OC and assistant HC, would he ever consider it? That was his role prior to Greg leaving and he's obviously had a great long term stint with Greg. He would be the only option where there's any shot that could ever work but positioned the right way, is it completely off the wall??? Not saying it isn't.
Graber and Shea did nothing. Kyle at least held us together with a few hiccups along the way but he's not the guy that can lead us to a big 10 championship because the talent isn't here to do it and there's too much talent on the other teams to overcome. But a guy like Greg might be able to go toe to toe with the heavy weights and it's not like Kyle is really disliked by anyone. I know he's losing and nobody on this board likes his answers and it's been a very frustrating season but maybe he wouldn't mind taking second seat next to Greg again and sticking around.
I know it's as out of the box as it gets and I'm sure it would never happen but since the two know each other well, it's just a random thought for a Wednesday!
So, go ahead and kill away Mr. McManus.
