The latest is Sweeney, after passing his bill in the Senate said he would hold off on moving it to the Assembly if Rutgers agrees to changes.

Not clear to me what he would be satisfied if the Boards agreed to changes.
My take:
Reduce the size of the BOT, fine.
Reduce the amount or ratio of BOG members appointed by the BOT - No way.
My speculation is Sweeney realizes he loses in Court and hopes to get something useful without a law change that is legally actionable.
