Point, but if Diallo hasn't played against weaker teams to date then he isn't playing against the Hall.
Funny...last night I watched for the 1st time the 30 for 30 Survive and Advance. Delgado is 31-66 for 47%. Assuming you collect the defensive rebound that is .94 points per possession. I'd think that is right around where we want to be in a winning formula.
Actually the person I'm more concerned about is Freeman. Whos gonna rule the glass will be where the big battle will be. Freeman may frustrate Delgado and cause Delgado to foul, like for over the back fouls and things like that. But it may be the other way around.
Sa will certainly play some Center, as he does every game. So Gettys, Doorson and Sa will all play a role defending Delgado.

Screw Delgado. I hope he gets an accidental elbow to the nose. Maybe that'll shut him up.
He will have a better chance playing in some BIG games and this one given the rate of foul trouble we might see. He's another big body and 5 fouls and he could play sparingly.
As others have posted (and me also), Diallo seems extremely unlikely to contribute to RU in any meaningful way this season - it seems clear he is the 11th man on the bench, and the #4 center behind Gettys, Doorson and Sa (Sa is the #1 back-up PF and a back-up C).
Jelly, I was just using Diallo in a Hack a Shaq approach.
While giving Gettys, Doorson / Sa a rest (and protection) if needed.
