With a big dome of high pressure sitting over top of us, not much chance at all. Forecasts show this one doing its best Hermine impression off the SCar coast.
Zero chance Julia affects us. Way too much shear from the front that moved through here and is shredding Julia as we speak - storm's likely to be downgraded soon and unlikely to be more than a nuisance to the Carolinas. TD-12 is the one to watch, in the Central Atlantic - most likely to recurve and be a fish storm, staying well off the east coast (perhaps impacting Bermuda) - but a few of the "ensemble" model runs show it possibly impacting the east coast in 10 days or so (less than a 10% chance of that, but needs to be watched).
