was pretty decent last night. Just a couple things that I'd like to bring up.
I really liked the wolf of Wall Street thing, thought it was different and it was cool seeing the student section pounding their chests all at the same time.
"Don't stop believing" is extremely outplayed. I get that it's symbolic for Eric LeGrand. We were playing a team from Michigan and in the first few lines the song brings up Detroit? Dumb IMO. And if you must must do it, show Eric and #52 the whole time, stop going from Eric for 3 seconds to students acting crazy for 5 and then back to Eric.
Let's get some NJ songs going. I want Bon Jovi. I want Bruce Springsteen. It's unique to Rutgers, unique to New Jersey, and they're two artists that I'm sure 95% of the RU fans in that stadium last night grew up listening to. Utilize that.
The "That's another Rutgers first down" on the video board with the players is an EXCELLENT idea. It was just poorly executed. It would have been awesome to hear "And that's another Rutgerssss...........FIRST DOWN!" There wasn't a pause, and it was just crazy fast.
I realize some of these are nitpicky, but maybe someone that helps with game day operations will read this to help improve.
