Big time college football programs who belong in a Power 5 conference do not tolerate the type of disappointment and embarrassment RU has suffered both on and off the field this season. If we do not let Flood and his staff go this off-season, the message to RU fans is clear - the University is satisfied with mediocrity, does not possess the leadership to make us successful, we can't get out of our own way, we are not truly committed to athletics, we're cheap, we have little to no football acumen, and we do not really belong in the B1G (Feel free to add additional points). In my opinion, if we do not replace Flood we are incompetent at best and completely clueless at worst. It's time for a change and there are no excuses and no other options. We need him fired tomorrow so we can move on to hiring a new HC to turn the program around.
