Want to pull the trigger and say upset, but I'd be lying to myself.

i'm guessing looking at a 10-12pt spread
we were +19 at their place (off the triple OT) and +4 at home back in Jan
however Nebraska has played real poorly of late. haven't covered a spread since Feb 13 win vs Penn State.

Real prediction will be the over/under on Hobbs pulling the trigger.
I think that Eddie already knows that he's toast.

Thursday Noon announcement because the NJ and NY media will be all over Hobbs for a statement right after the game Wednesday night.
RU wins it by 3 pts. Why?, you ask. Why not. The team plays inspired BB for Eddie so he can keep his job. Corey scores 20 points, has 8 assists, 5 boards and 3 steals. Williams goes 5 of 7 from behind the arc. Lewis has a huge game with 9 points and 13 boards. Goode pitches in with 7 points and 3 boards in 7 minutes. Foster or Freeman (the one who isn't suspended) has a monster game with 12 points and 11 rebounds, 6 on the offensive boards. With 0.25 seconds left in the game,Eddie calls for Daniels to foul the Cornhusker player who is about to throw up a 3 to tie the game. Eddie then calls timeout and puts the heat on the foul shooter who then misses all three foul shots when play resumes. The 20 RU fans in attendance storm the court and cut down the net. Everyone chants red team upstream for 15 minutes as the place goes nuts for Rutgers.

RU beats Nebraska, stuns Wisconsin, and adds to the idea that EJ has finally gotten this turned around and deserves another year...Hobbs extends, and we go 10-21 next season, only to fire EJ next season and end up delaying the rebuild another year and paying eve more money in the buy out... Why you ask? Because this is Rutgers Basketball
Nebraska 83-76 ; team plays its heart out for EJ and the graduating seniors but unfortunately poor team defense and a lack of talent relegates Rutgers to another defeat. And once the Big Ten tournament is over, EJ will be sent packing.....Here's hoping he's given another job within the athletic department. Great guy, great alum, so-so NBA head coach, poor college head coach..
