I guess most like me have hated Urban for no other reason than he's so good at what he does and OSU operates at a completely different level. But I have respect for him and now even more so that I genuinely believe he wants his guys to do well and he's giving Rutgers an opportunity by recommending his coach. He could have pushed him to Syracuse or anywhere else but he chose to keep Ash in the Big 10. My feeling is that Urban will eventually if not this year go to the NFL for a sick amount of money. And I believe he will continue to refer coaches and even recruits that he can't use to Rutgers. No, he's not giving Ash guys he wants but there are probably recruits that will visit OSU that are outstanding but urban may be stocked up at certain positions and tell them to give Rutgers a good look. I think we hit on something here like never before:
