I'm not saying we are the Gators but we were a better program than them over the last year or two. My buddy sent me this video today. It's mostly the same players playing the same teams but UF has made a 180 degree turn in their performance. It's a new coaching staff inspiring these guys to do things they didn't believe they could do and they got the magic back. Flood might be a nice guy but the message is old and the kids are not inspired by him and the staff. Get someone in there that can get these guys to play at a level that is significantly higher that they are playing at right now. Get someone that can sell that message to recruits That's what good coaches do and what Flood can no longer do.
