This team is the 15-16 team with ace and dylan

The last four out of five games have reminded me of when sanders would try to do an insane amount while the rest of the team struggled. You can make pretty similar player comps too-

PJ Hayes- Justin Goode
Derkack - bishop Daniels
Dylan grant - Jonathan laurent
Sommerville - DJ foreman
EO - Ibrahima diallo

Don’t have a comp cause we only have two bigs but honestly could use a veteran guy like Greg Lewis lol.

(Freeman was hurt all season, doorson and Nigel Johnson were redshirts I believe)

Ace is a way more talented version of him but they do sort of play the same hold up the offense lengthy get some rebounds. Freeman was better around the post and worse from anywhere outside that

I mean virtually every team is a shitty team if you start removing the best players. On this team it’s really one player; Ace is good for a freshman but really just kind of another guy when it comes to Big Ten level play at this time. Without Dylan the team is not 15-16 level bad, that’s an exaggeration, but they are basically a vintage Fred Hill or first two years of Eddie level bad.

Yeah I just feel like the last few games have been similar but not as bad as when it was basically sanders as a one man freshman show and we were never really in the same unless he played phenomenal for a stretch. 21-22 we beat Purdue without geo

I liked Lewis though 😂 he was dealing with crazy knee issues but was a veteran guy could pick and pop and pass. Would be a good presence on this team
