Tickets for kids

Does anyone know under what age do kids gets into the Stadium without a ticket?

2 or under. Basically if they need a seat, they need a ticket from what I've seen

If you have/know kids that want to go,but money might ben an issue,people can probably get tickets from scalpers for $10 or less outside the stadium for this game.
