Tickets for the Military and Veterans

I received a call from my ticket rep today. RU is doing the same thing as they did with football, soliciting donations to purchase tickets for either a men's or women's basketball game. Donations are in $10 increments and go toward priority points. I believe he also said a percentage is tax deductible.

If you're not aware, around 2,400 tickets were donated for football.

Is it a priority point per ticket type of deal (like bowl games)? Or just stating that buying tickets is considered a donation and that value $ number will go towards your donation total for the year?

I understood that it's a dollar for dollar. If you donate 2 tickets ($20) you get $20 credit toward your donation total.

It is .10 priority points for each ticket ($10) donated. Each person can purchase a maximum of 10 tix ($100) for a total of 1 priority point.

Can I donate my tickets or select games to donate? I want my tickets to be used by some RU fans somehow
