Ralph Friedgen was at practice today and will be working with the team all week...He also talked about Anthony Cioffi potentially playing some safety. Cioffi is still limited but Flood said when he is healthy he could see Cioffi playing a little of corner and safety...He also talked about Kiy Hester and said he is getting the chance to really learn the defense this spring and brings a lot of physicality to the position... Flood lauded Justin Goodwin for having a great spring...I spoke with Quanzell Lambert after practice and his role on the DL will not really be defined until the summer when everyone is healthy. He has played the 'R' the 'E' and even worked in at some nose guard. He is currently 255 and looking to up his weight...I also spoke with Quentin Gause who is up to 235 and moving well at that size.
