I'm so glad that MSG+ televised an AHL hockey game tonight of two out of market teams instead of RU vs FDU.

This has been explained to you already - Big Ten rights are owned by BTN and the ESPN networks.
MSG+ is not an option to air the game.
I don't get why BTN can't at least rebroadcast the BTN Plus or ESPN3 home games on tape delay like 2 days later at 3:00 am or something instead re-running the same shows on a loop when no one is watching anyway. I doubt that would cost them too many BTN Plus subscribers. Would've liked to have seen the replay of some of the home games on my 55 UHDTV rather than on an ipad..
Would like to know what fine programming MSG or MSG+ is running on a NFL Sunday afternoon instead of throwing on a game between two local schools.
Fordham at the Garden is not a Big Ten controlled game. It's like playing in an exempt tournament, they can sell the TV rights to whoever they want. I'm not sure why MSG isn't showing it on one of their channels though.

BIG Network has control of RU home games. There is nothing MSG, SNY, YES can do.
I get all the people saying it's not on, but why, then, does SK.com list it as TBA, implying it might be on, but the details aren't available yet, instead of simply stating no TV available or something like that? Misleading.
I was only kidding Facebook Live would require me to hold up a camera the entire game. Maybe our athletic department can do this for this game. Set up one camera broadcast through Facebook Live for free.

Once upon a time every home game was on NJPTV and every MSG game was on MSG. Having these games not broadcast for this season is too bad.

The game at the MSG is not a home game - being that it is at the Garden - one would think that MSG owns it.

But the SHU game is going to be on fs1. I know it is an SHU home game but this game is a neutral site game, not an RU home game. Why can't msg broadcast the game?
