I have seen Betsey many times and was in the Gym when Scheyer offered a few weeks ago. Danny is all over this and has been since the kid played in Windsor,CT.Izzo flew private to see him 3 weeks ago. I am solid that the finalists will be Duke,Alabama,UConn, Michigan State and Rutgers. Not sure that he is 6-8 and he projects as a 2-guard. Rutgers has a chance.

Griffiths was announced in the first half .He sat behind Rutgers bench with his family and in the same row as Betsy.
They knew. Chanted his name a few times. The white board sign was on the big screen with his name a few times and when we were walking out he and Hobbs were walking outside. Yelled his name. He laughed and Hobbs patted him on the back
Yes, quite a few fans standing and cheering.
Gavin was there with his dad & what looked like a brother. Betsey was there with what seemed to be his mom. She said she had a great time.

Not just the DJ but someone should be in charge of this kind of things when high profiled recruits are in town. They need to receive best treatment like they belong in the program and everyone is on the same page about it.

I don’t think schools are allowed to show unsigned recruits like that. Like if a school featured a kid on the Jumbotron I feel like that’s a violation. I could be wrong though
Yes but I don’t think that was promoted by the athletic department. It was by the students.
I dont understand why the recruits and their families are not staying in the recruiting lounge(middle of student section) during football games. I get that you want them watching the game and the coaches but to me it may be a better experience in general and that is what you want them taking away from it.
Additionally, I see that rows 1-10 of sec126 are all used for recruits and their families and that is prime seating that could be used to raise more revenue for the school. I find majority of the time those seats end up empty
