I watched SC-MD yesterday and MD pretty much destroyed SC at home. SC has a LOT of newcomers and not much offense. Sometimes its better to face some of the elite teams early to a) judge your own progress and b) get them before they hit on all cylinders. If we get past Drake (our first non-home game), I don't see we have much of a shot at ND who is returning everyone from last year (except Wesbeld) and Turner (hurt last year) returning. Oregon St has Slocum (transfer from MD) who won Big Ten Rookie two years ago....
