I wish I was as optimistic as some posters here regarding Flood's future or should I say lack of future as coming back next year. I just don't see it, I don't think they are going to fire him, it comes down to money and I'm reading posters saying money is not an issue, money is there, I want to believe that but where is the money coming from. You have ~$1.4M buyout of Flood's contact and than you probably have to spend ~$4M on a whole new staff based on all the openings, that's about ~$5.5M.
What I think is going to occur is Flood is retained and Rossi and maybe McDaniels are gone and with all the coaching changes, we might be able to upgrade on the assistant level, are there any coaches worth going after from all the fired coaches? I got to believe that and DC would be better than Rossi?
