"This is was a nice transfer to get out of the portal for the Scarlet Knights who had trouble running the ball in 2024".
Now I know we run it more than most, but we had the 2nd leading rusher and the second most yards in 13 games in the B1G. Where do media types come up with this sh*t?
I stopped reading it at that part. Writers need to do some damn research."This is a nice transfer to get out of the portal for the Scarlet Knights who had trouble running the ball in 2024".

If I had to, I'd guess this came from a Wisconsin (Badgers Wire) site. Recently they've ranked B1G HC's (Greg #11) and 2025 B1G QB (Aiden #10).Wasn't recognized and this was ignored >"Rutgers rushed for 2,279 yards, its best total in the Big Ten era, most since 2007 and 10th-highest mark for a season in program history. The 175.3 rushing yards per game ranked third in the Big Ten for the team's best placement since joining the league."

Most sports reporting by National media personalities show that today you can say anything and not worry about fact checking. Just recycle garbage they've heard before or from what was 10 years ago. They know no one outside of local and diehard fans will have a clue as to how wrong what they say or write is so they don't care. Just meet deadline. The consumer will processes what they hear with their own bias anyway so who cares. Microcosm of society today and its de-evolution."This is a nice transfer to get out of the portal for the Scarlet Knights who had trouble running the ball in 2024".

It's all relative Spank. Yes RU piled up some impressive yardage but a number of B1G teams were more efficient which I am guessing the writer was looking at.Tells you just how well that article was researched, especially given that it's quite possible that Raymond is the starter this coming season.
