His footwork is getting better. You can see the improvement v. the Howard game.

The other improvement is that he's leading receivers more than he did in the last two games. That allows receivers to catch the ball in stride and make big plays (Strong needs to score a TD on his big play, though).

Also he has a very compact throwing motion for short and intermediate passes. The ball comes out quick when he targets the receiver.
