Do we need a kicker? And, if so, is there a chance that the NCAA will provide me a year of eligibility, even though I already finished both my undergrad and graduate education over 20 years ago?

I went to school when the toe kickers were the dominant style. I still have 4 years eligibility. With the toe kick, you have accuracy in the short and medium range. Bring it back!!!!
