1) we'd kill to have Douby and Lamizana. Talk about offense.

2) The RAC was louder with regular seating behind the basket instead of the lobby loge or whatever it's called is now. Jerome Coleman hits a late NBA 3 against Syracuse in February 2002 that touches off the loudest noise i've ever heard at the rac.

3) I can't believe we found it normal to wear calf length baggy basketball shorts!!! These guys look like they're playing in genie attire

FR in the 2001-2002 season and we had it great. Lots of upsets and close to the tourney. So many fun players and seasons then we went really blank after.

Hate the look myself, but a big part of what you are talking about is media reflecting what was already being worn by certain demographics.

If was going to make a movie about surfing in Hawaii… I wouldn’t have the cast dressed in snow pants and mittens.
