Way OT: Anyone receive weather stripping, window insulation, a door sweep from PSE&G?

Got a USPS package today from PSE&G yesterday. It contained a rubber door sweep, shrink plastic to insulate 3 windows, 17 feet of window weather stripping and 10 electrical outlet/light switch foam sealers. There was also a brochure for their Residential Energy Efficiency Program. Anyone else receive this? I didn't order it. Is this just to market their program? If so seems like a waste of money.

Got one a couple of years ago from JCPL but I had ordered it. That's weird and to your point a waste that is built into your (everyone's) electric rate. There's a $2,000 rebate on a Heat Pump Hot water heater (basically free after rebate) and the fed gives you another $1,200 so if do it yourself you'll get paid $1,200 . Crazy.
