It's the final game in the B1G tournament today. It wouldn't surprise me if our team was hoping to get Iowa, since we played them just once and the Hawkeyes handed Rutgers its "worst" loss - by just 6 points. Payback can be a great motivator.

I think winning 9 straight games by almost a 20 point average in a tough conference is an amazing feat and our women’s team will do great in both tournaments.

Welp, that was such a disappointing game. I'm not sure why CVS didn't call a TO sooner in the 2Q to regroup / break the rhythm of Iowa's hot shooter who was camping out right in front of the RU sideline. Seriously, it was like watching a shooting drill. This is just a bad matchup for us and always is against Iowa.

Given Iowa played yesterday, I thought it would be an advantage and Iowa would lose their legs in the end half. Nope! Diamond played a heck of a game, but some of our usual stalwarts were just flat until it was too late. Let's hope we come out full throttle in the NCAAs.
