From their stats to date, I would say that losing out on Parker worked out pretty well for us, but Dailey was a loss.

Imagine how much better we would be if we had Dailey, Etou and DJ Foreman on this team?

I'm encouraged for next year. I hope we have a few more scholarships that become available because of an unexpected transfer or two. In my view, the key to our growth is keeping Sanders in school for the next 2 seasons. If he leaves next year, it's back to the drawing boards. We need to catch a break!

Foreman could not make foul shots, would fit in well.
Actually, he wouldn't fit in well. His foul shooting was actually improving – – he shot 62% during the Big Ten season last year. This team's foul shooting is deteriorating, 56% during the Big Ten season as a team. At this point, he would most likely be one of our better foul shooters.

There was no reason for anyone to come here under Jordan. Who cares though, we are on the right path now

Still was not a good foul shooter and missed a lot of layups.

His big 10 field-goal percentage, 47%, was almost double that of the three post reserves that we have now. His free-throw percentage in league play was also about double the three post reserves that we have now. His rebounds per minute compare favorably to the three post reserves we have now. There is no way that he would not be the first big off the bench if we had him this year. I thought swapping him out for Sa would have been a net gain. I was wrong. In hindsight, losing him was a much bigger blow than losing either Parker or Dailey.
