Obviously, the big story was Leonte Carroo's reinstatement although he was not on the practice field. Actually, Kamaal Seymour wore No.4 as part of the scout team...Juwan Harris was back at full go and Norries Wilson mentioned that it is good to get him back out there. He did not practice with the scout team but ran as a backup wide receiver...Freshman Charles Snorweah is also recovering from his shoulder issue and still working in the defensive backfield. Wilson said he was not certain if that move would be permanent or whether he would return to RB...Wilson also said he believes the secondary is getting better...Afterward, I spoke to Matt Flanagan who told me he improved catching the football by a 50/50 challenge put forth by OC Ben McDaniels in the offseason. Players were challenged to catch at least 50 passes for 50 straight days...I also spoke with Kiy Hester who said he is really settling into playing with the first team defense and expects to improve upon his 9-tackle performance against Kansas...I talked to Isaiah Johnson as well. He said living in NJ has been a change and one of the things he misses most about Cali is the mexican food, although he did say he has grown to enjoy Philly cheese steaks (had to plug my hometown)...Here is Wilson's post practice video.
