Not a whole lot to report from today's practice. Flood talked about the importance of his freshman corners having short memories and being mentally tough...He also mentioned that the toughest part about playing QB in the pro style offense is the pre snap reads the QB must make...I spoke with Darnell Davis afterward who has always been a decent player on the practice field and is finally getting his chance to show what he can do in games. He also had a walk on offer at South Carolina and offers from Patriot League schools but said that playing at home in NJ was a really easy decision...I also spoke with Isaiah Wharton who said he feels like a veteran in the secondary and always knew he could be a quality starter even when he was further down on the depth chart...Here is today's notebook.
