Temple vs Rutgers was the 20th highest rated game with 357k (.2 Rating).
Games are never viewed in a vacuum (other games, opponents, channel, etc). Not terrible but not amazing either in my opinion with Rutgers being improved, against a bad team in Temple on BTN, with the Texas & Alabama going on, I will take the 20th highest rated game.
