That's Rutgers Camden, the Scarlet Raptors

That is the Scarlet Raptors logo. I think it is still used as the secondary logo at Camden. Primary logo is the "R" with Camden to the left of the "R". Similar at Newark--http://scarletraptors.com/galleries/?gallery=42

Lids has a lot of truly awful head scratchers, like a camouflage hat with deer antlers front and center and "rutgers" on the brim, and this beauty:
