As a spinoff from the London Broil thread, what's in your "ScarletNation" tailgate?

So far we have:
* London Broil
* Subway subs
* Pork Roll / Taylor Ham

Obviously the theme of the tailgate is "food we talk about obsessively for whatever reason."

that didn't involve me as I didn't start doing these till 2012...that was Syracuse and I called em, "carrier dome pidgeon" in '13 they were "temple owls" and last year were "hoosier hens" lol
