Minkah Fitzpatrick and Peppers? Just those guys alone would put us where within the Big 10 or are we still so deficient that it wouldn't be significant? There's talent everywhere but we need a coach to nail down a handful of these season changing players and we are back in business. We need someone these kids can believe in. I think we've been year to year with flood from day one. We are getting very good football players but I think in order to really compete you need a few players who are better than good.
