Who are you rooting for in the Final Four?

I always want to root for the smaller conference underdog in FAU, but SDSU is my adopted second team living in San Diego now. Will root for whoever wins in the championship game for sure

San Diego State is one of the most underrated & underappreciated athletic departments. Their football and men’s basketball teams have been regularly ranked for quite some time now. I visited their campus in February and it fits right in with the major schools I’ve visited from the Big Ten, SEC, ACC, etc. Honestly was nicer than USC. Would love SDSU in the B1G, they look the part, have a huge campus and student body, are the main players in a top-8 US media market and amazing destination. But they will end up in the PAC and honestly they should have been sooner. Very deserving of P5 status

They actually joined the Big East for about a week at one point

SDSU is part of the California State University system, the second tier in California behind the University of California (Cal & UCLA). Maybe that won't bother the Pac-10 members any more than it does to have Washington State and Oregon State, also both the second public institutions in their state. Maybe it will because there are multiple campuses in the California State University system. After all, if the Pac-10 takes San Diego State, it will be under a lot of pressure to take Fresno State as well.

FAU- I live down south and have never even thought about what conference they are in.
So, to me, they are the underdog/Cinderella team.

Would be crazy to think FAU in the days of NIL could be the last team standing.

I'm going with Florida Atlantic. These guys are 35-3 and are still talked about like theyre some kind of underdog. The committee disrespected them by making them a 9 seed. I would love to see them prove the committee - especially this particular committee - wrong.
For me it's either FAU or San Diego State. I'm rooting for Miami over UCONN, and wouldn't be surprised if Miami ends up winning the whole thing. I know that UCONN is on fire, but so are the other three teams. I will be happy with any of the three teams, as long as UCONN doesn't win.

Great coach? Lost in first round last year and easy bracket so far. Jay Wright is great coach.

Fun fact about SDSU’s arena Viejas - it’s actually built literally on top of their old on-campus stadium “the Aztec Bowl” - the stadium steps are still there and abandoned, the last 20 yards of the field is now parking lot. Really cool spot to visit/walk around if you’re into weird sports venues

Well , since we won't be deciding who's the best team in the USA and it's only a fan favorite beauty contest , I will root against teams easy yo dislike--- the pompous Uconn and Miami.
