Why is RU playing one Big Ten game in December while others are playing two?

Good question - was kind of wondering the same thing...

I could be wrong, but I believe that due to the number of games with respect to the number of weeks of conference play, teams usually have one weekday and on weekend game every week. But it leaves open the opportunity for every team to have only one game a week twice in conference play. This year, one of those weeks is going to be this week (For example, I believe OSU only played us in early December last year before starting conference play in January). Probably just our turn in the rotation, since as previously mentioned, we typically have played 2 games this time of year

As mentioned above, the Wake Forest home-and-home messed it up. Works out better for us, get Mag healthy
