Probably just the opposite. Didn't practice at all or maybe did video football games to combat the boredom of trying to over simplify their game plan. Also upgraded the depth chart to 5th string.
On our side, no matter how bad it looks, we need to play against a national contender to actually show guys where we hope to be in the future. But we don't have those kind of players yet. Hopefully.......
