Johnetta brings plenty of HC experience with her.
Hopefully that will help give RU a better chance to be a winner this year
Hayes served as UMBC's head coach since the 2019-20 season and posted a 39-81 record.
they did not renew her contract .
Before UMBC, Johnetta was 115-73 as Texas Southern's HC

probably because the Retrievers went 10-19 in 2023-24
In 2022-23 UMBC was 14-15 under Hayes
