WRESTLING Pin Pool

I'm joining just as soon as I read it all and figure out what's going on and how to win LOL !

I just compiled the information and we are $619/pin as of yesterday. This will be updated over the weekend. We are only $95 less than last year's final number ($714) so it is an amazing start. I think we can do $1,000/pin which is our 2015/16 target. The money will help augment our program costs like sending student-athletes to tournaments (Univ Nationals & Worlds), to go to off-season training camps (OTC) and for added equipment.

Wow - impressive - the target of $1,000 per pin that Josh set is in reach - a great group of supporters backing a team on the rise - super job by Josh and WNG

Do the donations count towards your priority points? (Need to get to the yellow lot next year, have to ask)

No it does not but please don't let that stop you. The money goes to the Scarlet Knights Wrestling Club not R fund. Josh or Bill can explain how the money is spent in better detail, but it is essentially used to support the kids in outside events and helps fund the coaches at SKWC. This is my 4th year in the pool and I feel very strongly about supporting this group regardless of the points.

First, I am proud to say that we are at $703/pin with 10 pins on the season right now. I think we can get to $1000/pin this year. To rsutton86, the SKWC Foundation is affiliated, but technically not at all related or governed by RU. As an IRS 501c3 group, we have our own volunteer board of directors, bylaws, tax filings, etc. The sole mission of the foundation is the support of RU Wrestling program through adding budget for equipment, off season tournament fees, off season travel (think olympic development), and getting all-americans like Tyler Graff, Josh Demas and Ziad Haddad to bang with the kids. It is incredibly efficient with almost no overhead. We can not cannibalize RU Admin efforts to raise money and as a legally separate club, no scarlet points can be offered.
The two main fund raising efforts for SKWC are the golf outing and the pin pool.
Thank you and we hope you will donate! http://www.scarletknightswrestlingclub.com/pin-pool/

Josh - has a Pin Pool post ever been made over on the football free board or the Round Table? I did a quick search and only saw one quick mention on the free board in a thread about one of the wrestling wins.

@RULoyal As far as i know the pin pool has never been posted on football free board or Round Table. I confess i am a novice outside this forum, so any help would be much appreciated.

Now at $751 / pin !

Just signed up. Question for the experts - when I compare last year's schedule to this year, looks like it will be tough to match the 55 pins from last year based on the remaining schedule. I hope they exceed it, but did the schedule get more difficult year over year?
