Thank you very much for the banner inquiry. Unfortunately, the information communicated by a source outside of Rutgers Athletics Department was not entirely accurate. We have begun a Strategic Partnership program to trade/barter for advertising space, particularly in youth sports, recreation, and training facilities across the state (see attached flyer). While we would love to offer “Free banners for schools”, we are prohibited by NCAA regulations from providing any items to high schools.
