I also like this for Erica.

If we are to progress to the level of being competitive in the B1G, it has to come from much better play than what we've seen over the last few years. Unfortunately, Erica didn't demonstrate that she could raise her level of play to where we need it to be until the last 3 games she played here at RU.

Her move to UL lkely affords her the opportunity to get more playing time and become one of the featured players on the team. (That's,.... if she continues to play like she did in the last few games here)
